GermGuardian gives the main replacement both a letter and an FLT code. Keep both identifiers: Filter B is FLT4825, Filter C is FLT5000 and Filter O is FLT5100.
The letter families cover different purifier lists. Other maintenance items, including some carbon sheets and UV-C bulbs, can have separate references on the purifier page.

Main filter, carbon sheet and UV-C bulb are different maintenance items
A GermGuardian purifier page can name the main FLT filter alongside a separate carbon-filter pack and UV-C bulb. Those references describe different items; ordering the main HEPA combination filter does not imply the bulb is included.
Compare the final merchant contents with the model record. Marketing phrases such as multi-in-one describe the purifier or filter construction, not a promise that every replaceable maintenance item is in one box.
